Hotels in Iceland are very expensive, but I didn't want to share a cheap dormitory-style room, so I stayed at CityHub Reykjavik for a total of four nights. The price was 18,000 yen per night. The location was great, within walking distance of the city center and the bus stop for tours. The front desk staff were all very friendly, and when I joined a two-day, one-night tour during my stay, I couldn't bring large luggage with me, but CityHub Reykjavik kindly stored it for me, which was very helpful. The kitchen on the first floor was equipped with a refrigerator, kettle, and other amenities, so I was able to store food and make instant meals. The water coming out of the faucet was ice-cold and delicious. Since I was on tours from morning until night and wanted some privacy, the facilities were more than enough for me. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Iceland again.

These capsule rooms are very comfortable. There were two of us, and we slept quite well. They have an app to control the heating and lights, clean bathrooms, and a common area at the entrance with tables for eating, working, etc. They have internet access, a kitchen where you can cook your own meals, and dishes are provided. You can even label your belongings on the refrigerator with sticky notes—just write the room number and date. There's also an elevator so you don't have to carry your suitcases or backpack. Check-in is done at a small reception area where you receive your wristbands. Check-out is done automatically on the screens; just one person checks out, and it's done automatically.

Just back from 5 days in Reykjavik. Stayed at this fantastic Hub. What a great concept, it's surprising there are only 4 of them in all of Europe. In Reykjavik, my first and only experience, the CityHub is fantastic. Clean, cozy lounge, in the city center, a 3-minute walk from the shopping streets and many restaurants. Above all, the service from all the hosts is truly excellent. All your questions are answered kindly and patiently. Thank you, Storm, for all the help you gave me to make my last day a fantastic one. It was also incredibly kind of you to send me an email to ask how my last day went. Empathy and engagement. You and your colleagues are truly amazing. Thank you for everything.
