It's never too late for a good review. We were at the resort from 10/7-17/7 2025 with all inclusive. Family with boys aged 7 and 11. We were all satisfied and fondly remember the holiday. The hotel grounds are a palm garden where we felt very comfortable. We were accommodated in a bungalow in the first row from the sea in front of the pool. The bungalow was cleaned every day and really clean. There is a restaurant and several rooms in the building by the beach. This restaurant serves breakfast and dinner (the restaurant has two terraces overlooking the sea). Always a large, tasty, varied buffet selection. There is also an evening bar here, but we did not visit it. In the next building by the pool there is an all-day bar with a restaurant where lunch is served again in a buffet format. The selection is smaller, but still sufficient (not all guests have full board). In the evening there is an a la carte restaurant. Another a la carte restaurant is in the reception building. As part of the all inclusive we had one free dinner in both a la carte restaurants. Both were excellent, but dinner at the restaurant by the reception was top notch! We used the free reservation for mini golf (there was already the ravages of time) and the tennis court at the reception. For about 10 euros they arranged a dry cleaning for my wife's clothes. We could leave our luggage there before check in and check out. The pool at one end is not that deep, so the boys had a great time there. Not far from the pool there is another pool (under a tarpaulin) for the smallest children. There are free sun loungers by the pool and on the beach. We always found a free spot. The sea was clear and warm (I recommend diving goggles). The hotel staff was helpful and friendly, from the cleaning lady to the management. We recommend CIVITEL Creta Beach and we would be happy to return.
