My stay was 3 days. The attention and service were excellent. The room was in excellent condition, the cleaning was daily, and my car was parked without any problems. It's an excellent option for lodging, as it's close to Disney Park, and you can walk there or park for free just a block away.

This hotel is conveniently located near the Anaheim Convention Center and Anaheim Disneyland. It's about 60km by car from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), and the Uber taxi ride takes about 35 to 75 minutes from the LAX-it stop, located 1km from the airport. Travel time varies greatly depending on traffic congestion and the driver's speed. While this hotel is ideal for visitors to the Anaheim Convention Center, Disneyland, and other attractions, unfortunately, it does have some drawbacks and hurdles, including the following: 1. The toilet seats are unheated, so they're very cold. You can't pee without worry. 2. The deposits are extremely expensive. I paid for rooms for a business partner at a consulting firm, and each room had to pay a deposit of 12,300 yen. Also, I got food poisoning at one point and was unable to leave the hotel. I was forced to use the unmanned convenience store in the hotel and bought two snacks ($8, or just over ¥1,200), which cost me another ¥25,000 deposit. These deposits were debited from my account between February 3rd and February 4th, 2026, but a month has passed and the money still hasn't been refunded. (I used a JCB debit card at the time.) Because of this, if you're worried about your savings, I recommend using a deferred payment card like a VISA card instead of a debit card. Also, cash is almost never used in the United States; it's a card-based society. 3. This goes without saying, but you need strong English skills, especially listening ability. Native American pronunciation is seamless, making it very difficult for Japanese people unfamiliar with it. Therefore, I strongly recommend practicing your listening skills in advance using English conversation or TOEIC. Also, I think it's better for your mental health to go to the hotel front desk or the site with a group of people rather than alone. I was alone at the time, so I only have very bitter memories, and American life and culture just didn't suit me. It may be selfish, but it can't be helped.
