I've been coming here since 2007. I've tried many hotels in Florence, and this is simply the best, especially if you're arriving by car. You can walk to the city center in 20 minutes, and it's relatively quiet, especially if you get a room facing the garden. The staff have been the same for ages—super friendly, very kind, and helpful, and my car is ALWAYS safe, especially my large one, which I don't like driving around the city. I highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast has improved over time, but you can still find really good food in the city. There's plenty of breakfast and lots of options, and in the summer you can sit outside and enjoy the sun in the garden in Florence. I love this hotel on my business trips, but also for personal trips because it's so incredibly close to the center. You have everything you need here. Especially: friendliness! Which isn't so common these days when you come to a typical tourist area. There's a reason I've been here for almost 20 years. A huge thank you to this amazing crew! Bettina

Good location, parking, daily towel change, soft towels, nice shower, friendly staff. Old structure, poorly maintained, very old furniture, mold, old TV and no internet connection, terrible internet signal. There is no mini-fridge in the rooms, no water fountain in the common areas, breakfast leaves much to be desired: no eggs, no cheese, no fruit, no fresh bread. All breakfast items are from the supermarket, cookies and processed bread. Very little variety. I would never return.
