Me and my family stayed for 21 days at claverley court,it is a bit pricey , the apartment is spacious ( 2 rooms) and theres a receptionist 24 hours and that made us feel safe, & location wise is nice , the older pakistani man who work at the reception and especially teunda ( hope i wrote it right) very welcoming and super friendly 🙏🏻 and the reservation team is amazing especially darine who was super super patient with me 🙏🏻 the down side is that when we used the washing machine we did not know that there was bleach inside ( house keepers informed us later) so my moms jacket and thermal got ruined bad. The sheets and bed are very dirty 🥲 with yellow stains and black spots I suggest that they do a deep cleaning every once in a while because there’s plenty of dust under the sofas and on the chandeliers it collect ALOT of dirt and dust and please use new sheets

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and absolutely not what you would expect from a supposed five-star property. The apartment is very old and poorly maintained, and the cleaning is terrible — they even put torn bed sheets! But the worst part is that there has been no hot water for two days, and this is London in cold weather. We reported the issue multiple times, but nothing was fixed. To make matters worse, one of the staff members was rude and told us: “You’re just complaining for no reason. If you have a problem, talk to the management!” — even though no one from management ever answers or follows up. Honestly, this place has poor service, unprofessional staff, and zero management accountability. I would never stay here again, and I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was excellent. Our ground floor room directly behind reception was OK with a bathroom lacking shelving, the living room and bedroom were adequate. It was nice to have a small washing machine (clothes) in the kitchen.
