The location was fantastic and the staff were friendly, but not attentive to accommodation issues. The bathroom in our bungalow was unsanitary, with a nauseating smell that made it impossible to stay for more than two minutes. Luckily, there was a sink in the kitchen and we were only staying two nights. I politely mentioned it verbally on site, and later in writing to customer service, but no one at Belambra seemed interested. I thought about the next guests and those who had probably already reported it. In short, I don't recommend going there until there are proper sanitation improvements. Beware of the attached photo; it's not pleasant to look at, but it's true. Mold so bad it would drive you away. Which is what happened to me. It's a shame, it was a really beautiful place.
