Friendly staff, specially cheff Piyal is very concerned about food and Mrs Manori and Mr Theadore provide a great service with her restaurant team.Rooms are very untidy. AC is not working. Very old not maintained rooms. If the hotel Management did not concentrate on the room maintenance, guests will disappoint after arriving to this place. This hotel has a very good view and nice place with river and sea. Dont waste the beauty of this hotel without maintenance.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 days, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. The biggest issue was the lack of basic cleanliness and maintenance. The shower drain was clogged and full of hair from previous guests, which clearly showed that the bathroom had not been properly cleaned before we checked in. On top of that, the shower system itself was broken, with water spraying in multiple directions, making it very difficult to use. Another major inconvenience was that there are no intercoms in the rooms. If you need to contact reception or room service, you are expected to make an international phone call, which is not practical for most travelers. Even when we tried calling reception, nobody picked up the phone. The room preparation was also poor. There was an empty tissue box left in the cabinet, no kettle provided initially, and several basic items were missing until we specifically asked for them. On the morning of our second day, we handed the keys to reception around 8 AM and clearly informed them that the shower needed fixing and the drain needed cleaning. However, when we returned around 5 PM, the room had not been cleaned at all, and it seemed like nobody had even entered the room. Even after complaining again, the drain was still not cleaned and fresh towels were not provided. Additionally, the air conditioning was extremely weak for such a large room, making the environment humid and uncomfortable. The only positive aspect of the hotel is that the property itself is beautiful, but unfortunately the management and service are extremely poor. With proper maintenance and staff responsiveness, this place could be much better, but in its current state it was a very frustrating stay.

The hotel has bad service. Trust me it's bad, the room has sticky floors as the mop being used to clean it is filthy so it's not the fault of the floor cleaner, just for the management to see. The air conditioning does not work, rooms are filthy, it's old and needs repair, staff is too loud and keeps asking for time. It has lots of greenery and a beach and that's the only plus point but we need a room with air conditioning to sleep. It's hot and humid. Luckily I cancelled my 2 days booking and made it one. Check in is at 2, funny as there is only a 5 hours window to get there since boat service shuts ar 7 in the evening, inspire of that got my room at 3 saying it not ready. Staff has no answers and keep avoiding the situation. The air conditioning is also not working. I've shared a pic of not working air conditioner
