Good morning, we stayed two nights. The property was very beautiful and clean. The staff were welcoming, kind, and very efficient. The food was delicious, and the spa was excellent and well-managed. I highly recommend it.

We were supposed to stay two nights, but after one we ran away... the first chill, the restaurant was canteen-style. The room was basically a hallway, and in the bathroom, there were face towels next to the toilet: if you pee standing up... well... forget it. Access to the spa is only for adults or accompanied minors (who knew?). Overall, there was a sense of superficiality, with information either not communicated or poorly communicated, which seemed like a decoy. Last but not least, an argument at reception because it seemed (where?) that the minimum stay was two nights. Naturally, this was nowhere in writing and no one had communicated it in advance.

Beautiful, spacious facility and excellent location. The room was clean and comfortable. The spa was pleasant, and I appreciated that children were welcome. The spa staff, room staff, and reception were all very kind and competent. The restaurant was a sore point. There were 11 of us when we arrived, and they gave us a table for 8. I can't even begin to tell you how cramped we were. On the second day, they gave us another, more comfortable table, but it was located in an outdoor area. On the third day, the table disappeared, and we had no room to find a waiter. It was like a lottery. When you asked for something, they seemed to be taken aback; pitchers and cutlery were missing. Even the food wasn't the best for a 4-star hotel, more like a canteen. I would go back. Yes, because I saw the owners put their passion into what they do. And unfortunately, the indifference of some of the workers.
