Lovely top floor apartment, fully equipped kitchen, balcony, toiletries in the bathroom, fluffy white towels. Refurbished to a high standard, we were very impressed with the rooms. Housekeeping clean every day, we felt very spoiled. The staff are all lovely, Sergio and Luca especially and the guy who runs the breakfast. Breakfast is very good, fresh fruit, pastries, bread, bacon, eggs, coffee, etc, good value. Lovely pool with loungers, pool table, good WiFi. The local beach is stunning and the nearby shops and restaurants were great. We had a car for trips to Faro etc but there was plenty within walking distance. We would definitely book again.

Great hotel everything was clean etc. Staff were friendly and helpful. Was near the beach but had to walk down quite a few steps and for shops we had to walk for around 10 mins. Overall was a good hotel would recommend.

One thing that stood out was the exceptional kindness and helpfulness of the staff, who went out of their way to ensure our satisfaction. A big thank you to Sergio in particular, and to a lady who spoke French. The idea of creating a WhatsApp group for communication was very practical. Breakfast was good, especially the orange juice, which was real. The rooms were comfortable. A minor drawback was the housekeeping.
