COAST Boracay

I didn’t stay here but my friend did and I visited every day. The staff were incredible. They met me coming out of the ocean with a towel. They kept my water full all day and they let me and my buddy hang out even though I was not a resident.

Excellent service. You won't get this kind of attention at the big-name hotels nearby, I've personally experienced it. You can feel the care in everything, from the photo upon arrival to the towel placed on your shoulders when you leave the beach. I really liked that for breakfast you can order not only an omelet but also poached eggs and even shakshuka—it's simply superb. Thanks to the chefs for such personalized service. The location is simply top-notch, everything is close by: dmall, 7/11, good restaurants, a cozy beach, and a great entry into the water, especially valuable in bad weather. If you're choosing between stations, we really liked Station 2. The beach is much greener and more inviting than Station 1, and the crowd is better than Station 3. By local standards, you could certainly call it a boutique hotel, but not by European standards. :) However, we didn't regret our choice for a minute. At neighboring hotels, the beaches are packed, there's a fight for sun loungers, and everyone is like sardines, but here we had plenty of space and comfort. The room itself is clean, and everything is well-maintained. What could be improved: white towels and fresher towels on the beach, as well as a little freshening up in the bathroom, freshening up the grout, and cleaning the windows.

Stayed here for three days and two nights with my family. The rooms aren't as spacious compared to other resorts with similar or cheaper prices. One thing that stood out is their customer service. From the moment you sit down at any of their pool or shoreline beds, "Boom! Water and a towel!" The staff are everywhere, which leaves a very positive mark and impact as to what customer service should be. During our stay, there's free, all-you-can-eat ice cream and popcorn from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., which we enjoyed. The access to the beach is awesome, and accessibility to other establishments like cafes and restaurants is awesome as well. Their customer service is something to be proud of. It's one of those places where you'll feel like a VIP. Kudos to the helpful staff.
