When you request a room cleaning, things are not refilled. I had to request kleenex and toilet paper after my room had been cleaned. The conditioner was also empty. Another person in our party had to request their room be cleaned two different times and things weren't refilled. The gravy one morning was thick as paste, and when told that sausages were out, the staff put frozen sausages out saying we'd have to way until they were heated up. 16.9oz soda was $4.

Room was nice and clean but breakfast was very disappointing Went down at 7:30 and there was only 3 other cars outside including ours so not a lot of other guests were staying here at the hotel and they were completely out of omelettes. And refused to make anymore even though we as paying guests got none and all the other 3 guests got omelettes and ate them all… I’d understand if it was 8:30 closer to when the breakfast closes but to not make anymore at 7:30 Espically when all the other patrons ( 3 other guests) ate them all is kind of silly
