This is one of my favorite hotels and one I frequent frequently. (^^) The staff at the front desk and dining area are all so kind, I always enjoy my stay.♡ I also love that you can use the karaoke room for free for 90 minutes when you make a reservation.♡ I'll definitely be back. (^^)

This is the most comfortable hotel I've ever stayed at. First stay: December 2025 They were very attentive, from offering me Sanpin tea upon check-in to carefully guiding me to my room. The room wasn't new, but it was clean, spacious, and more than enough for a single person. They had bicycle rentals, outlets near the bed, amenities, a workout room, and a quiet lounge where you could drink. It's also located on a fairly high hill, so the night view was beautiful, and the lighting on the hotel grounds was lovely. The pool overlooks the city, and the night view is also beautiful. For breakfast, they had a variety of Chinese and Okinawan options, but the best thing was the freshly squeezed orange juice (you squeeze it yourself). When I checked out and departed on the shuttle bus, the female staff member (who I've worked with at the front desk several times) said goodbye and bowed her head until the bus was out of sight, which I remember fondly. It was so good that I changed my hotel reservation and stayed here again when I visited Okinawa in February 2026. When I entered my room, I was touched again to see a note and sweets on the table. It was a shame that I didn't meet the female staff member who was there the first time I stayed. I stayed alone, but it's an incredibly great hotel that can be enjoyed by groups and is quiet and relaxing! Even if you don't have a rental car, it's convenient as you can get to Renaissance Resort Okinawa Kaonno Station by bus and the hotel shuttle bus. I'll definitely stay here again when I go to Okinawa!
