The location of the hotel is perfect and the rooms are very clean, which I really appreciated. However, the service needs a lot of improvement. Some of the staff have very poor communication with customers. I had a few feedback points and asked to speak with the manager, but I was told the manager was “busy” and couldn’t meet me. I’ve never seen a hotel where they don’t even offer a contact number or ask me to wait a little until the manager is free. It felt very unprofessional. I really wish there was better communication overall. Check-in was smooth and good, but check-out was unfortunately the opposite not friendly and not helpful at all.

Loved this hotel - beautiful furnishings and finishes, amazing location right at the centre of Megeve, lovely breakfast and friendly and attentive staff. Our daughter loved the bunk beds in our room and the interior decor was really nicely done. Room cleaning was really well done too. Top marks, very well done!
