My family and I stayed at the hotel during the first few days of February. We came to see the Carnival. The hotel is spectacular; both the reception staff and the people who work there were very attentive to us. The breakfast was very complete. The location is excellent because it's close to St. Mark's Square. The rooms are impeccably clean and very comfortable. The day we left the hotel, it was very early in the morning, and the very attentive receptionist gave us bags with breakfast to have at the airport; there was everything we needed. We loved the hotel and would return without hesitation.

This hotel was a terrible experience. First, they gave us a room in the old wing with an old bed that was so worn you could barely lie down, and it kept warping. This wing of the hotel is old, with torn carpets, some of the furniture covered up… Furthermore, on the second day of our stay, the hairdryer kept stopping and then starting again. Then, the toilet stopped working completely. Then they gave us a room in another wing of the hotel, a wing that apparently had been renovated and was more modern. But the problems continued. The room key card sometimes worked and sometimes didn't, completely turning off the lights. Once that was resolved, the towel warmer in the bathroom wouldn't heat up/work. Also, the TV wouldn't tune into any channels. At this point, we had already given up on everything and are here waiting for our stay to finally end. In this new wing of the hotel, there is also a lot of noise from other guests, perhaps the walls are thinner. In short, we had problems in both the old and renovated wings of the hotel. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.
