Loved that we had a corner unit and it was very cozy and comfortable. Room had nice touches of color blue and white. With artfully displayed towels and pillows. Staff was very accommodating. No fancy amenities like hotel chains but very welcoming.

The room was fine; nothing fancy, but fine. The problem was that I left a suit in the room. That's my fault, obviously. I asked them to ship it back to me and they said I needed to arrange something with UPS. And that makes sense. There's a UPS Store four minutes away, according to Google Maps, and the hotel refused to run the suit over to them, taking eight precious minutes out of their busy day in Seekonk. The UPS Store, which understands customer service, sent a guy to pick it up -- not a driver, mind you, one of the guys who works the counter. I received the suit the next day. Next time I need a room in Seekonk, I'll stay at the UPS Store.
