Review for restaurant only. Had dinner there December 30. Repeat customer dinner for 7 people. Usually good all around but not this past trip. Server Pierce did his best but was by himself. Service was slow as peirce was busy being monopolize by the boss for a lineman crew. Drinks at table empty for 20 minutes. Food came out, one dish was supposed to be the habanero salmon. Came out without glaze. Waiter brought out COLD Glaze to remedy it... Nope. Not one dirty dish was cleared from table when finished including app plates and drink glasses for entire time there. 90 minutes +. There were other clearing staff people working who. Could do it. Not sure will go back after $400+ dollars and disappointment.

My family and I arrived really early morning and the person that checked us in was great! The room smelled like dog and the bathroom like cat litter I understand i was in a pet room but it was like they did nothing to try to clean it. The bathroom door in the room is a barn door gives no privacy. We went to the breakfast buffet was served on Sunday morning and it was cold @ $18.95 per person I expect it to be hot or at least warm. Staff didn’t seem to know the policies of the hotel. Prior to our trip I had called and asked if we were allowed to bring guests to the pool and was told yes my husband called while we were staying there and was told yes with no limit of how many. We arrived with them and the pool area was empty if it had been full of other guests we would have left and was told by the manager that policy is no people at the pool other than guests of the hotel. This we completely understand we are just annoyed that we called spoke with two different people who said otherwise so that we wouldn’t get there and have this exact thing happen because we are a family that follows the rules. One night we tried to get room service and was told that we had to go to the Grille ourselves because it was shut down the Grille was too busy to do room service when we got there they had 2 full tables and 6 people at the bar mind you the hotel was NOT full our entire stay. We then went to the bar on Thanksgiving night and it was full as expected so we called to see if they would do room service expecting them to say no since they shut it down for two tables and 6 people at the bar but they actually did do it that night. It seemed like the hours of the restaurant, room service and bar depended on what time the employees wanted to stay until so cannot guarantee they will be open when you want to go. When we were able to go to the bar the employees were Awesome and when we did order food other than the breakfast buffet the food was really good I would eat at the restaurant again. The arcade most of the games are broken. I would not go back to this hotel I want to stay somewhere that I know everything is clean and also that everything that they advertise for is open during the hours that they advertise they are open.
