This is our second time staying here, and we spent three nights at the hotel. The rooms are very clean and in good condition. The hotel isn't brand new, but it's well-maintained and more than good for the price. The reception staff spoke some German and otherwise very good English. There was also a luggage service that calculated the cost of our bags. The whirlpool was a bit cold and very crowded with eight people. They should find a better solution for this or avoid overbooking. The sauna was a bit dated, but good, and the rest of the spa area was clean and well-maintained. We deducted one star for service because of the pool. The location is perfect: quiet, yet right next to the tram stop, with a pharmacy and shops nearby. There's also a gated parking lot belonging to the hotel, monitored by cameras and secured by a gate. We received a welcome bottle of wine and a bottle of Prosecco. Room service was also very thorough; they even put lost coins from under the bed on the nightstand. The hot tub was a bit cold. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with scrambled eggs, fried eggs, bacon, salads, cold cuts, cheese, jams, pastries, muesli, and truly excellent coffee from a fully automatic machine—two of which were available in the room during breakfast. The room is spacious, and there are many staff members who are very attentive, keeping the breakfast buffet stocked and the room clean and tidy. We also had dinner there once. Unfortunately, the food wasn't outstanding. The meat was a bit tough and, in some places, dry from being kept warm. The restaurant is a partnership with the hotel, so we're not deducting any points from the hotel for the dinner. Nevertheless, we are very satisfied, as we were again in 2022, and will book this hotel again.
