Great central location; if you arrive by train, you have direct access from the station hall without having to go outside. Superb breakfast. The room is small but stylishly furnished, has everything you need, and is very clean. The staff is friendly and always helpful.

Very well located, right next to the train station without having to leave the train station or even get to the hotel. Very convenient in winter. Direct access to all public transport and the shopping center. The room was okay, nothing special, and the breakfast was decent. The major drawback: the (foam) mattress was really soft!

Let me start with saying Andreas at the barception desk was amazing! He offers great service,conversation and recommendations. He was very helpful and has a killer beard. Next, the rooms, small but clean and had everything wr needed for a short stay. The showers had soap/shampoo combo with hair dryers and plenty of towels. The wall had a fold down desk space if you needed it. The room was warm and comfortable. The only downside was the lighting. In the evenings it was a bit dark for my liking but not a game changer. The location is a 10! Connected to the train station with easy walking access to the munch museum and city center. Just remember you need your key card to get in after certain hours. If you do forget it, you can ring the buzzer and they will let you in. Breakfast was a nice surprise. It wasnt big but there was plenty of hot and cold selections. Scrambled eggs, bacon, cheese, yogurt etc. However I'd recommend looking at the hours on your TV that show the least busy times because seating is semi limited. When you see the reviews that the hotel is a bit of a maze in the upper floors it is because this is a converted train platform and the lower floor is restaurants and shops (which we never heard any noise from) and the hotel is the floor around the top. It's a great use of space and we would definitely go back. Thank you again to Andreas and the rest of the staff for making our weekend great.
