I chose this place because it offered the best value for money while traveling to Tokyo during Christmas week in December. When I go to Japan, I'm the type of traveler who just wants to sleep, leave early, and return late, so size and other amenities aren't a major consideration. However, this place offers breakfast, which is perfect for a quick meal and a quick start to the trip. Furthermore, although it costs money, the washer and dryer on the second floor were very convenient. I was able to pay online and check the operating hours, so I could pick up my laundry after a long day in the room. I stayed in a room with one double bed, but I think a room with two single beds would be better for relieving travel fatigue. One minor drawback was the centrally controlled heating and cooling system, which made me shiver in the early mornings. The daily cleaning was also spotless, which made returning home pleasant. Some people have complained about the poor soundproofing, but that's probably due to meeting people in the neighboring rooms or nearby. The first-floor lobby provided water and coffee, which made commuting easier, and the breakfast area also served as a place for late-night snacks and conversation. There's a 7-Eleven nearby, and the Kanda subway station is just the right distance to walk with my suitcase, so it was convenient. I'd definitely visit again.
