I had an extremely unpleasant experience with this accommodation and especially with the owner responsible for the apartment advertised on Booking.com. I chose this specific place because the advertisement stated check-in from 2 PM. I arrived exactly at 2 PM and, upon arrival, I was informed by reception that the hotel has no responsibility for the apartment—that is, there was no direct support from the hotel to resolve the situation. The room was NOT ready and they told me it would only be available after 3:30 PM. This caused me a huge headache, as I was traveling with a child, tired and needing to shower/eat after the trip. We had to wait without a solution, which was extremely stressful. Furthermore, I was surprised by a documentation requirement to enter with a child: they asked for documents and, because I am not the mother, they requested a notarized authorization. This type of requirement is extremely serious and should be clearly stated BEFORE booking on Booking.com. At no point is this clearly stated at the time of purchase/reservation. Another important point: the room's cleanliness was not up to the expected standard, and the accommodation seemed quite poor. Basic items like shampoo and conditioner were missing, reinforcing the feeling of neglect towards the guest. To make matters worse, contacting the person responsible for the apartment is practically nonexistent. I tried calling several times (unsuccessfully) and only got a response after a long time, via Booking.com's chat. I also had to contact Booking.com's support and wait for assistance, wasting even more time. And although I understand that the hotel reception is not directly responsible for the apartment, unfortunately I received extremely rude service from a receptionist (on Saturday around 2 pm). The way I was treated made the whole situation even worse. In short: lack of transparency in the advertisement, disrespectful check-in, below-expected cleanliness, absence of basic items, and practically nonexistent support. I do not recommend and would not book with this owner again. ⚠️ Important tip: if you are looking at accommodation at this address (Comfort Ibirapuera) through Booking, be very careful when the word "FLAT" appears. My recommendation is to choose a hotel and negotiate directly with the hotel to avoid this type of problem.
