It was a very quiet stay at this hotel. A couple of things you should know before booking a room there 1. The rooms are not like what you are shown on the website. Not every room has a fireplace in it. And the rooms are very old and not well maintained. And in the case of the room we stayed in, the baseboards were falling off the walls. In the bathroom the paint was old and dirty, the toilet had a plastic seat and there were no toilet paper holders, just a little cubbyhole where they stuck a roll of toilet paper in. 2. Be very specific when you book a room at this hotel. They sometimes forget to mention that they do not follow the national rules for pet fees. In my case, I have two very small dogs less than 20 lbs and they stay together in a kennel when we travel. I was told there was a $39.20 pet fee including taxes for the stay. When they processed my bill I found out they charged me a $39.20 pet fee per dog. Unlike what the corporate website said was $35 pet fee with a limit of two dogs. I told the desk clerk that when I booked the room I was told it was only a $39.20 pet fee. There was nothing mentioned about per dog. The desk person told me they charge differently than what the corporate site says. However, she was kind enough to remove the second $39.20 fee. However, besides the room being old and not well maintained, breakfast area was clean and they provided coffee 24 hours a day. The breakfast was the standard fair you would find at most hotels ie, waffles, eggs, some kind of meat, toast, pastry, bagels, juice and milk.

Daniel at the front desk was amazing. They answered all my questions over the phone and were incredibly knowledgeable about the area. I had to change my reservation last minute and wanted to make sure I could walk in instead of booking online and because of their customer service provided by Daniel I felt incredibly secure in choosing this location, knowing I’d have multiple available rooms to choose from. I’m so glad I did my room was incredibly clean and well maintained. I was able to check in quickly and get the rest I needed. I was able to get a late checkout of 12pm at no cost when I checked in. Free Breakfast was very yummy and every staff member who I interacted with was very kind and friendly. I stayed during the holiday season and loved how festive the lobby was.
