Great hotel if you are staying for business needs - I imagine leisure guests would be very happy as well.

My room was big and had a nice bathroom but the staff here (except the African American gentleman that works evenings, he was amazing) was horrible. The overnight person (Sara) was unprofessional and rude. She told me that parking in the lot is a privilege not a guarantee. Ummm I paid for a week at this hotel and I literally had to sit in my car until 230am and wait for someone to leave so I could park my car and go to sleep. Due to the treatment by staff I will NEVER stay at this location again. I’d rather sleep in my car.

I called looking for a suitcase and they told me they only had a "black" one. A few days later I called back and asked them to send me a picture of the "black" one. They sent me a picture of my gray suitcase. We did get the suitcase picked up however all the contents inside had been gone through and watch and my perfume were both missing. Yes I'm happy to get the bag back so thank you for that but it's very shady how the process went down. I hope you enjoy the watch and the perfume.
