This is probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We travel alot. My husband is a platinum member. We changed rooms because the first one was so gross and dirty. The second is no better. The toilet has hair and brown stuff dripping down it. There is brown spatters on the bathroom wall. Dirty mirror, garbage under the bed, smears everywhere. We are looking to find something else but everywhere is booked up. This is not okay and If NEVER stay here or recommend this place. Unacceptable Update. Got back to our room late. The pull out bed for my son was broken and he was hurt trying to pull it out. Went to talk to receptionist gave us a 2 bed room instead. This place is so disgusting that I took videos of everything and had to go find Lysol wipes in my car just to use the toilet. I’m not a super picky person. But there are three rooms now that are all completely disgusting. There’s blood and food on the bathroom wall. There’s hairs all over The floor and toilet area. The tub is so dirty I would not use it. There’s so much dust on things I had to use the towels to wipe things down. There’s stains on all surfaces. I could keep going but what’s the point. Out of over 100 hotel stays all over the country, this has been the worse experience. Ill be contacting corporate

The rooms are decent, but the people who work there are some of the nicest people! Everyone treated me like they knew me and were happy to see me.
