The ceiling over the bathtub was dripping, we requested a new room and got one however that room had a large stain on the bottom of the bathtub and the toilet was filthy. The grounds had a lot of garbage and dog poop. Entrance/Exit doors were propped open with rocks.

Initial room noticed the water running so tried to flush it to see if it would stop but it wouldn't flush, so we were switched to another room. This one could use a little TLC. There was nothing in the room regarding hotel information, amenities, times of operation etc. These are so ubiquitous to hotel rooms, it amazes me when they don't include them in the rooms. Couple holes in the window screen, trim coming off the closet door. Otherwise the room is your standard room. I'll update during our stay, haven't had the breakfast yet nor tried the pool.

Hotel needs to be updated and a little TLC would brighten the place up. Things were broken, damaged, or didn't function properly. The staff was not very attentive. I did not feel like a welcomed guest.
