Got a Whirlpool room with a sole purpose of relaxation. The jets barely pushed out any water and there were absolutely no bubbles. In addition, there was no shampoo and the phone to call the front desk was completely disconnected. They did come in and fix the phone quickly. During breakfast, the forks weren't filled and the orange juice was empty. You can tell that the hotel is dated because the drywall is crumbling and falling apart. The service was nice. We will see if we get any sort of discount for all of the issues we had.

We have had this room a couple times when traveling. This time was the longest time we stayed 3 nights. We had the jacuzzi suite, when we first checked in, our first room the tub was dirty, and the guy at the front desk had a bit of an attitude because we didn’t check it as soon as we walked in. Then we switched rooms and the stopper to the tub did not work, I let the front desk know and he just didn’t seem to care. Our tv was completely out for a day and half however, when I spoke with the nice lady manger she was extremely helpful and she did make it right! We do understand that things happen so we were happy she offered to make it right. The rooms are pretty clean but not stocked very well, I had to ask for towels 3 times and toilet paper was not stocked. When you ask for something at the desk you have to come get it they don’t have enough staff. We also found aunts twice and they did nothing about it.The breakfast is ok but the lady that prepares it is a bit obnoxious. We ate at the restaurant twice and had good service and good food and prices are reasonable. All in all it was a pretty good experience. I would recommend updating the jacuzzi rooms with hooks and more safety before a lawsuit happens.

Very convenient location to Detroit Metro airport. Clean enough facility and check in, check out and restaurant staff were all great (different people). Shuttle was very convenient. We did park and fly and haven’t picked our car up yet, hopefully pickup goes as smoothly as the drop off. I would definitely stay again!
