Hotel located 18 minutes from Trudeau Airport. Very nice room with excellent bedding. Bathroom with a recently renovated shower. Very clean. The only slight drawback was the heating/air conditioning system, which was a bit noisy, but we turned it off at night. You can't beat the value for money! This hotel offers park and fly.

We were not properly treated by the staff of this hotel. This hotel was booked by Air Canada, but it is not pet-friendly. I understand that, and that part is fine. I only asked the staff member for a document or written confirmation stating that the check-in was cancelled, so that I could present it to Air Canada. The staff member simply said, “I cannot do anything,” and refused to help. It was around midnight, and the way we were treated was not appropriate or professional. I just asked for help.
