I see a lot of Comfort inns. This was not on par with a Comfort inn in any way. Deceitful advertising. Unsanitary bathrooms, don’t leave any food in the room or roaches will get in, charge for parking without any heads up or advertising on the comfort inn/choice hotels account app, so you make a reservation, but don’t find out you will be charged until you go check in. It smells like mold and fried food, the tub had the drain plug disassembled, no hot water, tiny beds with rips on the sheet, nothing like in the pictures advertised. The furniture is run down and trashed, the TV gets super basic options. Other Comfort Inns are a lot cleaner and better in every way. Walking on the hallway with te carpet stains and the dehumidifiers running day and night in that stuffy fried chicken air is nauseating. Shady and gross. If you pay extra for ocean view, check the pics attached and see for yourself what you pay for. A total scam. The AC unit was detached from the wall and the noise and elements come straight from the street into your bed, which is literal inches away from the grill, bringing dust directly onto your face as you lay in the dingy, tiny, noisy and painful to sleep in bed with rips on the sheet. Honestly, Comfort inn needs to detach the brand from this place. Check the pics, I took some with UV light and I almost puked. I went and bought cleaning supplies and bleach myself. This is totally disgusting. I will be escalating to corporate, I don’t care what the reply to this will be, you should be under business by a different franchise. You need tour license reviewed for sure. The lady at te counter didn’t even know how to check me in, tried to charge extra and I kept getting notifications under my door daily that you needed a signature that your front desk worker did not know how to use the screen. You harassed me in my room with the notices, this was on your staff, that by the way I saw in the front desk for 2 days and nights straight. The labor department in Tallahassee would love to know how was that possible. You messed up with the wrong customer. Your Comfort inn is not a real Comfort inn.

I had a great stay at the Comfort Inn in Deerfield Beach. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was clean. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The location was perfect!! So close to restaurants, shops and most importantly just minutes from the beach. We had a beautiful ocean view. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay, and I would definitely stay here again.
