It was my first time staying here, the rooms (although on the smaller side) were clean and well presented. You could occasionally hear other visitors in the corridor/rooms. I must say the staff were absolutely fantastic, really professional and happy to help! I have to give a special mention to Taimoor and Haider. My stay had breakfast included, but as it is Ramadan we can only eat before sunrise. I had spoken to Taimoor beforehand and both Taimoor and Haider ensured that sahoor breakfast was made available for me at 4am! I really appreciated Comfort Inn accommodating me! Taimoor and Haider, both are an absolute asset to Comfort Inn and Comfort Inn should be very pleased with the service these two members of staff had provided. So thank you for your professionalism. I would most certainly recommend Comfort Inn to family and friends.

We were very disappointed with our stay due to the condition of Room 126. The room was noticeably damp, smelled musty, and had visible mould under the window immediately next to the bed. This raises obvious health and safety concerns. As the hotel was fully booked, we were unable to change rooms. Reception advised us to email management with photographs, which we did on two occasions, but we have received no response. It is concerning that a room in this condition is still being used and that guest complaints about health risks are being ignored. The lack of communication and resolution has been extremely disappointing.
