Good hotel! I was here for training for 3 weeks and I found it to be nice compared to other hotels I have been to in the past. Driving there can be unusual because it sits quite far back from the road behind other businesses. The staff was nice and friendly.

Sloppy customer service with regard to shuttle service. Unfriendly, rude desk clerk. Their miscommunication regarding airport shuttle service forced us to park at the airport.

Took my daughter for a "staycation" here. I booked a jacuzzi king suite that overlooked the pool area. I have to say, for the price, this room was very nice. It was large and felt like a small apartment. The kitchen and lounge area are in a separate area, making my daughter feel like she had her own space. She was very happy that there was a TV in there, and then one in the bedroom area. 2 TVs is great! The pool was very big and the hottub was nice as well. The pool area has a ping pong table, but its incredibly slippery if you have been swimming. It also has a pool table and very small arcade. Arcade wasnt great though. One empty machine, another not working. Didnt feel like a place I wanted to spend money. I asked for a late check out, which they made no fuss about. I highly appreciated that. We had the breakfast in the morning, cant complain about free food. It wasnt special but definitely served its purpose. There was a lot of great small details I enjoyed. For instance the shampoo and conditioner are in dispensers instead of tiny bottles. There was two sinks for his and hers. There were plenty of towels too. Only complaints. The TVs were big flat screens. Thats great but the remotes were very hard to get the TV to respond to. I dont know why hotels seem to have the cheapest tvs from the early 2000s on them. I also felt that this hotel was hard to get to. Its tucked behind two other locations, and the front entrance is on the back side of where you drive in. Found that weird. I will be returning many many times! I very much recommend the room I stayed in.
