They upgraded our suite for free to a room with a Jacuzzi tub because the main pool and hot tub were out of service. Quick and convenient. Best night's sleep I've ever had at a hotel and I've stayed in plenty

On two separate visits asked for quiet room and the person at the desk gave me a perfect room away from others on top floor. My only critique is parking lot needs more lighting. Felt abit unsafe at times.

Hot tub and pool are out of service and you don't find out about it until you arrive. Most of the outside lights are burnt out or not working. Rooms are clean but tired. Sweet and they have a standard bathtub in it. There's a econo Lodge next door. It has as much going for it as this facility
