I had a wonderful one-night stay at Comfort Inn & Suites in Gulfport, MS. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and my room was very comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day. Everything felt well-maintained and welcoming. The customer service truly stood out. The staff was professional, attentive, and genuinely kind throughout my stay. Breakfast was a great experience as well, especially thanks to Mrs. Lornde, who was so sweet and friendly. She made the morning feel warm and inviting. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gulfport.

It’s less “white noise machine” and more “live air support demonstration.” Honestly, it builds character. And hearing those engines roar overhead? Motivating. Somewhere a Gunnery Sergeant is smiling. And just when you think the sky show is over, the freight trains roll by like they’re conducting a logistics resupply operation at oh-dark-thirty. It’s a full combined-arms sensory experience. If you can sleep through that, you’re either prior service or legally deceased. Now let’s talk staff. Absolute professionals. Friendly, squared away, and operating with the kind of efficiency that would make a Battalion XO nod in approval. Check-in was smooth, no friction, no unnecessary drama. They treat you like a human being, not a working party. Breakfast? Surprisingly strong. Eggs, waffles, coffee that actually hits like it understands your life choices. It’s not MRE-grade. It’s more “field chow upgraded with civilian funding.” You can step off for the day properly fueled. Location-wise, you are strategically positioned. Close to the highway for quick tactical egress. Close to the airfield if you enjoy free aviation entertainment. And, in a move that truly reflects modern American priorities, it is directly next to a dispensary. Nothing says “balanced deployment” like waking up to jet engines and knowing herbal morale support is one parking lot away. The contrast is beautiful. One side of the building is freedom in camouflage. The other is freedom in a mason jar. Bottom line: If you want silence and spa music, this might not be your FOB. But if you appreciate a little chaos, solid hospitality, and a breakfast that stands ready, this Comfort Suites earns its stripes. Would I stay again? Roger that. Just bring earplugs and a sense of humor.
