Absolutely, awful place. Employee ACE, was only bright spot. Hopefully they are remodeling, because our room was a major legal liability. There was popcorn under the bed, the pull out bed had no pillows,blankets and was filthy. When we asked for the items we were told they didn't have them. No extra towels. The smoke detector is hanging from ceiling. The bath tub rods are broken from the wall and you cant hold on. I'll be attaching 2 picture's. Used the lobby restroom because no extra toilet paper. A 2 syringe surprise on the floor. Also someone should tell the long stay guests (family) that everyone gets to eat. They used shopping bags to take all the muffins, 2 bags of fruit loops, 7 full plates, a thermos of orange juice. When I talked to the desk guy, he just stared. We also had a peep show, the mom started twerking, and tweaking. Literally pulled up her already short thing and just went at it. Then started asking the women if she could braid their hair?! Not sure about the scenario here!

Worst Hotel Experience I’ve Had This Comfort Suites in Lewisville (755 E. Vista Ridge Mall Dr.) should be avoided. After checking in, I discovered the TV and internet in my room did not work. Repeated calls to the front desk were ignored. When I went downstairs, the Assistant Manager was sitting on his phone watching TV and seemed completely uninterested in helping. The only solution offered was a smoking room, despite my reservation for non-smoking. The problems didn’t stop there. The next morning, there was no hot water at all. When I asked for a refund, I was told no one on-site could help and that the district manager was “out of the country for two weeks.” Convenient excuse, zero accountability. To top it off, my bill included an unexplained service charge that no one has been able to justify. Nonworking amenities, inattentive staff, no hot water, and questionable billing practices. This place does not meet even basic hotel standards. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

According to the man at the desk it’s impossible to bill something to the room, so I’m not sure what the $50 hold on your card is for. All the hallways stink like ammonia. The rooms are a little better but it’s still a super worn down property. Have had good experiences with Comfort in the past, but very disappointing here.
