We were going to stay there on December 12th, 2025 as I had an MRI scheduled at Parkview. Upon checking in and entering our room we noticed an unusual odor. Then my wife found two long black hairs in the bedding. We then found some type of bugs in the bed. We were going to call down to the desk but there was no phone. We took our luggage with us and informed the desk clerk we weren't staying there telling her the problems. We also told her we wanted our room credit. Today we received a bill for the room.

First thing to know is that this hotel is going through major renovations. So, it's possible things could get better. However, we rented the Jacuzzi room this weekend and I was quite disappointed. Lots of broken things (like the shower curtain and overflow drain cover) around the room, the walls/door are so thin that you can hear everything going on in the hallway. The bed was not comfortable. It was clean and met our needs, but was definitely nothing luxurious or anything to write home about. Would probably not book again.

If you’re looking for a bed and a head (bathroom) this is your place. I was looking for a bit more. For one thing the hotel is under construction. No big deal. But all the construction materials are being stored in the pool room and the gym. Both are closed for use. Again, I understand. But this was not told to us when booking. The breakfast is not good. Here’s the thing, if you’re going to advertise breakfast you have to actually have food out. A few muffins and bread isn’t everyone’s idea of breakfast. The hot food chafing dish was on, but there wasn’t any food in it. I got some apple juice from the machine only to have it be so watered down it tasted like apple flavored ice water. When I asked about the food and juice I was told “breakfast is almost over so we aren’t putting any more food out.” It was 9am. Breakfast is from 7-10. As far as the juice I was told that’s how the factory sets it. I’ve had juice before from those machines and I can say, that’s not how it normally is. Overall the room was comfortable and clean. But for $100 a night which is supposed to include amenities like a pool, gym, and breakfast and not have access to those is very disappointing. Definitely won’t return.
