Pros: Room was very clean. Water pressure in the shower was great. We had the jacuzzi tub suite, so that part was nice. Room was decent size. We had a mini refrigerator. Cons: The bed was so uncomfortable. The pillows were not full size pillows. They were half a pillow and we only had 5 of them. There wasn't a microwave in the room. The tv seemed to be a little older, which is fine, but we couldn't control the volume. You could barely hear what you were watching. The cherry on top was not being able to connect to wifi. Our phones would attempt to, but then didn't. Also the gym could use new equipment. I don't think I would go here again. It really could use some upgrades.

The hotel itself was clean- thankful for that. Upon arrival we were made aware thw pool was not in service. We asked about the hot tub (we booked this location because we wanted hot tub) and were told it was working. Unfortunately when we went ti get in, the room was not heated (its like 29 degrees today) and the tub was warm, definitely not hot. That was disappointing. Otherwise no complaints.

I chose this hotel because it had a hot tub, great reviews, was very reasonably priced, and had a free breakfast buffet in the morning. When I arrived, the guy at the front desk was very kind and helpful. I stayed in a King Suite. The room was very spacious but in need of some cosmetic repairs with the wallpaper peeling off the walls in several spots. The most disappointing things that I didn’t find out until check-in, though, were that the pool and hot tub were under “maintenance“, the breakfast buffet doesn’t open until 7AM, which is when I have to leave, and the room did not even have a microwave as advertised. So besides the good price and the big room, the reasons that I chose this hotel I can’t even use. Disappointing for sure. I should also add that the room was very clean and smelled good. The bathroom is also very clean and the shower is very spacious. The sofa was odd because the cushions don’t quite fit it, but it does fold out into an extra bed so that’s nice. Also, When the people in the rooms around you close their doors, it is very loud.
