Jay Patel the General Manager is deleting my husband's reviews. My husband's father negotiated and booked a room for a week intially. A price was agreed upon and the credit card was used. Unbeknownst to his father, the General Manager swiped his credit card AGAIN for ALMOST $300!!!! His father NEVER was told about this or agreed to it! Come to find out, this establishment is known for OVERCHARGING guests purposely. We can prove it, not only did they overcharge us, the General Manager also overcharged previous guests. Just go look at the reviews. BTW... All of their 4/5 reviews are from anonymous people.... 🤔??? My husband and his father tried to talk and reason with Jay Patel but he is quite brash and condescending. I strongly recommend to stay away from here. BTW... His father is a Diamond Member and has spent thousands of dollars staying at Choice Hotels. 😡

The staff are not friendly at all, including the owner Jay Patel. I've been here 11 days with my family and the service has been horrible! We negotiated a weekly price that was fair. The owner came behind the transaction a week later and added taxes and fees to the original deal we made. Let me remind you, the owner never made the original transaction.The owner is extremely arrogant and condescending. The key cards repeatedly had to be rescanned at the desk but that's trivial compared to theft taking place here. People beware, if you negotiate a deal for a room, make sure you check your bank account the following days. There are two staff that my family and I appreciate and that's Phillip and Tina. They have been very helpful. I will be contacting corporate and possibly law enforcement if the money is not returned. Side note: I noticed that their 5 star reviews are mostly from anonymous people... Why is that?? I personally talked to the owner in the lobby. I asked him if he had an office that we could speak in for privacy and he denied me privacy. He allowed my financial matter to be spoke in front of several people. Very mean, aggressive and condescending. Jay Patel the owner... We made a transaction with your staff for a certain amount!!! You CHANGED the total amount after we swiped our card for an agreed amount!!! You did not inform us of this. You literally ran the card again for almost $300. Looking at your reviews, this is not the first time someone has complained about YOU overcharging guest and not telling them. And stop deleting my reviews, the public needs to know about this place!!
