3-11 Shift worker is horrible. When I first checked in getting my bags out the car she was on her 2nd cigarette walks up and says don't keep the cart in your room....proceeds to tell me about a customer keeping it. Then my tv keeps going out, the microwave doesn't work. She tells to use the one in the lobby. I paid for a suite with a refrigerator and microwave for a reason. The phone doesn't work. She tells me she will make note but they are about to do a shift change it's nothing she can do it's no maintenance. I understand but she was very rude. I'll be speaking to management. This is unacceptable
