The size of the room was good and they are not very clean. The breakfast was very bad - rotten eggs, poor choice, a member of the staff dropped a plate with pastry and after that put them on the table for the guests?! They don't have a place to put your luggage for the period between check out and transfer.

1 star is obviouly too much for this facility! Horrible and dangerous location and that's not the worst. The bathroom was really dirty, the hotel wouldn't care for it after written complaint. Apart from that and after paying for breakfast, my name wasn't in the breakfast list which took a lot to resolve which led to a 15min gap to enjoy breakfast... Don't book this hotel even if in an airport layover... Every € is expensive there...

We were long-term guests for almost two months, 53 nights to be exact. It was extremely expensive for the condition of the hotel: old furniture, ancient blankets, and the worst part was the cleaning service. I personally spoke with the supervisor because, as long-term guests, we were supposed to be cleaned daily. We weren't staying for leisure or work, but because it was relatively close to the University Clinic of Navarra. We never expected daily cleaning, because you don't do it at home either, but twice a week would have been sufficient given our situation, but even that wasn't enough. The cleaning staff leaves much to be desired. One of the few times I managed to get them to clean, the cleaning lady mopped the floors with water she had used to clean another room, and we had to open the windows because the smell of dirty water was awful. Furthermore, one of the few times they cleaned, they did so while I was lying in bed in the room, since the scheduled cleaning time was always 2:30 or 3:00 PM. I don't think those are reasonable cleaning times; we were either eating or resting at that hour. The pool outside is very nice, but in the middle of November and December, you're not going to be able to swim. Parking isn't included in the price, although they did give us a discount. The place desperately needs a major renovation, and I think that with the fortune we spent, it didn't meet our expectations. Also, for the last three days, only one of the two elevators was working. There are more details, but I hope whoever needs to take note will do so. I even have more to say, but I think it's necessary to tell the truth in reviews.
