Fantastic hotel and fantastic staff. I had a small problem with the A/C whi h was fixed immediately and every one fron the staff knew about it and apologized. Highly recommended. We also had dinner at the Chinese restaurant in the hotel which considered one of the best on the far east.

I recently stayed at the Conrad Manila and booked the Diplomatic Suite. While there were some positive aspects to the stay, overall the experience did not meet the expectations I typically have for the Conrad brand. The most noticeable issue was the inconsistency in service, particularly in the Brasserie restaurant. During several meals, it was difficult to get basic service such as placing an order or receiving water. At times it took quite a while before staff approached the table, despite there being several team members present in the dining area. The suite itself was spacious but felt somewhat dated. For example, the desk did not have convenient power outlets, which required unplugging the phone to charge devices. Some fixtures also showed signs of wear, and the bathroom could benefit from updates. Housekeeping staff were polite, but attention to detail was inconsistent. On one occasion the bathroom trash was not emptied, and at another point the body wash needed to be refilled after running out. There were also frequent interruptions from staff throughout the stay. While the intent was clearly to provide attentive service, the number of knocks and follow-up messages sometimes made it difficult to relax or prepare for scheduled activities. At one point, I returned from an excursion and received multiple service knocks within a short period of time while trying to get ready for the evening. Overall, the stay was acceptable but did not match the level of service and refinement I’ve experienced at other Conrad properties. **Rating: 3/5 stars**
