The place is simply wonderful. The chapel is breathtaking. Pedro, who served us at the bar, was very helpful and competent in making the drinks. The rooms are beautiful too, but I was very disappointed with what happened to me. First, the hairdryer didn't work; they replaced it with a very bad one. The bathroom outlet also didn't work. My shower didn't heat up; the water was only lukewarm (I reported this the day I arrived). The bathtub drain was leaking water, and consequently, it didn't fill properly. The faucet that transfers water to the shower had a very stiff mechanism and didn't work; in short, I took a shower with a glass in the bathtub. I couldn't wash my hair because it would have to be done in the sink or by submerging it.

A memorable, peaceful hotel with a feeling of well-being. I was well received, the staff were super helpful, even while working I was treated like a guest. Being a tour driver has its good and bad moments, but on the several occasions I visited this hotel, whether staying overnight or not, I was always treated well. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
