In short, it's an excellent option due to its great location (close to the subway and the beach). The breakfast is delicious and very varied. The rooms are clean. Points for improvement: they had three elevators, but only two were working, and because of the number of floors, waiting for the elevator was slow. Check-in is strictly at 2 PM, and there's no way to check in earlier (we arrived very early and thought we could check in and leave our things). When you request a hairdryer, they often don't have one available. These are minor issues, but the staff was always very friendly and attentive.

I'll be very realistic in my assessment. The hotel is old and really needs renovations in the rooms. The hairdryer needs to be replaced with one that works properly, and the internet doesn't reach the rooms — the signal is practically nonexistent. The breakfast is basic and doesn't offer much variety, always being the same. On the other hand, the staff are very attentive and friendly, which makes a difference in the experience. Another strong point of the hotel is its location, which is excellent. In short, the hotel stands out for its location and service, but needs improvements in its structure and the services offered.

Lack of professionalism. 01- We arrived at our scheduled check-in time and had to wait. 02 - We were with a tour group, and the employee responsible for removing the luggage from the bus was unable to move his car from in front of the hotel so that the bus could park. We disembarked with our hazard lights on, in a two-way street. So far, so good. Following the disembarkation, another bus arrived. We hadn't even finished checking in our passengers when the hotel employee, shouting, swearing, and showing extreme rudeness, yelled at us to hurry up and move the bus so another could park, even though we were still disembarking. Arrogance, lack of professionalism. On the way back, we tried to speak politely with reception about the incident, as there were over 40 other guests witnessing the whole scene. The employee acted as if nothing was happening, turning his back. Absolute disregard, and clearly these situations are not isolated. They act with extreme nonchalance. What a shame.
