The staff was excellent. We went in the summer and the truth is, the quality-price ratio is fantastic; you can't ask for more at that price. Place was a absolute sheet hole.safer staying at a hostel.very run down .rooms were dirty had blood on the ceiling holes covered up with wood or plasterboard,smelt like damp.food was horrid too,staff were OK but security walked round like a lego character and was very rude,followed us to the bus stop accusing us of stealing a oriel wire with 3 other member accompanying him,walls are so thin .all we could hear was the neighbours having sex for hours on end each night,I stayed at blue sea before which was also 3 star and really enjoyed it,I dont even think it deserves a 1 star.the building is in such disrepair, needs knocked down and rebuilt.was cigarette butt's on reception floor for 4 days .all it took was for them to lift it.lift kept breaking so was stuck on the 4th floor most of the time as im unable to use the stairs.cost more than out last holiday, no entertainment on and pool area is in the shade,I'd advise anyone looking to book here to do a lot of research ,beds kept sliding which resulted in me being bruised all down my sides as there was nowere else to put them,the cleaner just left clean sheets ,was going to ask for a brush to clean the floor myself.very disappointed after saving all year for a nice break,it turned into a holiday from hell

Excellent location, good kitchen, daily cleaning, but there is a catch: the furniture is a bit old, and if you have noisy neighbors, you might be at their mercy for your sleep. 😀 The city is a young place, so the quiet times don't last long.
