This hotel offers fantastic rooms, excellent service, and a beautiful design. It's ideally located in Copenhagen, near several tourist attractions and also nestled among multinational corporations. This creates a good mix of tourists and business travelers.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this hotel. My planned trip was canceled at the last minute due to weather conditions, which completely closed the airport and prevented any flight information. Despite calls and emails with proof, the hotel showed no understanding of my situation. It wasn't my decision to cancel my room reservation at the last minute; my trip and exploration of Copenhagen city were interrupted by snowfall in Austria on February 20 and the complete closure of the airport. For a 5-star hotel, this is disgraceful!

Unfortunately, such a large company as Admiral Hotel, a 5 star hotel, is not able to show understanding towards its customers and provide assistance with a full refund in case of cancellation. Due to severe weather conditions, our flight as well as all flights from Vienna was canceled. Therefore, we had to request a full refund, but unfortunately the company was unwilling to accommodate the situation. I do not recommend this hotel.
