Room size, comfort and mattress very good, on 16 floor there was swimming pool and very good gym. Location is excellent. I did not found the shower water to be perfectly hot and Ramadan Iftar was reasonably fine but at Sahoor there was nothing to eat.

The hotel location is awesome. The room and the bed is comfortable. Breakfast is superb. One last thing, everyone is so nice and helpful especially Aung and Yu Kyi from the Reception. Special thanks to both. I'll surely be coming back to Copthorne soon.
