The service is terrible. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone! No one seems to take responsibility. The staff aren't friendly. The rooms aren't clean. Cleaning is done late; during my 8-day vacation, I cleaned myself 4 times, and the cleaning lady only came once. We only got fresh towels after asking for them. All-inclusive isn't worth it! Whether it's breakfast, lunch, or dinner, everything tastes the same! Always the same food. Never any variety. The same thing every day.

A very nice hotel with good food (restaurant), friendly and helpful staff, a beautiful beach, and well-organized rooms. Everything was perfect. The internet was excellent and the hotel was very quiet. I highly recommend it.
