Clean, the breakfast staff were very courteous, and everyone else was too. I admit it's not a Dream Hotel, and that's why they charge as much as they can; it's all about business, after all. If you're planning on exploring, look for something more centrally located; all the good stuff is outside the hotel, not inside.

First the good; the ocean view is magnificent! The restaurant food is decent and it's nice that you can sit outside and eat. The room was bright and clean with a small balcony and a large closet with lots of hangers. The bed and pillows were comfy. There were only two sheets on the bed so we asked for a blanket which we got. Our room however had no frig or microwave, and the water was unsafe to drink in the room. We were told they provide bottled water and were given one 1 l bottle of water for two people and when I asked for another one the man on the night shift said we could only have one per day and we would have to pay for more. Although that may seem like a small thing it really bothered me. A half of liter of water per person when you're out in the sun all day?? Also, just know that there are only two English TVs stations. The pool and pool area are very nice but the pool is quite cold. There is literally nothing around this hotel, so you would probably have to rent a car or taxi everywhere. Yavis are expensive here. We were only here for 2 days so we were pretty content to just chill by the nice pool. In spite of some negatives, we would probably stay here again just because of a beautiful view of the ocean and the decent price. We were in Cozumel for only 4 days and during that time we stayed stayed in town for 2 days and here at Coral princess for 2 days. We also snorkeled a little bit here.

It has an incredible view, and the room is lovely. I would only recommend improving the headboards, as they make a lot of noise with any movement and wake you up constantly during the night. The restaurant is delicious 🤤 and the staff is super attentive and friendly. Every corner is beautiful.
