We’re currently staying here on holiday and unfortunately our experience has been awful. On two different occasions, security knocked on our door claiming we were being “too loud.” The first time it wasn’t even us — it was the TV on a very low volume. Tonight, two security guards and a manager named Guacho (who refused to give us the security guards’ names) came to our door in a very intimidating manner. When we calmly explained that this had already happened before, they ignored us and threatened to kick us out of the hotel. To make things worse, they insulted us by calling us “stupid girls,” which is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. We are here to enjoy our holiday, not to be spoken to rudely, intimidated in our own room, and threatened for no real reason. This hotel needs to seriously improve its training and the attitude of its staff. Would not recommend.

The location of the accommodation was generally good, as the city center could be reached by train in about half an hour. The very friendly and helpful staff deserves special mention. However, it was somewhat disappointing that the spa area was not included in the price and had to be paid for separately. Furthermore, it was quite disconcerting that our room door was open after our spa visit, even though no one was in the room. To be on the safe side, we left the door ajar for about half an hour, assuming that someone might still be cleaning – but no one returned during this time. Since we had valuables in the room, this left us feeling uneasy. In addition, we only received one towel instead of the two that were supposed to be provided, and the trash was apparently just moved from one corner of the room to another instead of being taken out. After we brought these issues to the attention of reception, we were refunded €40 for the spa visit, which we found to be very generous and kind. Nevertheless, the entire incident unfortunately left a rather negative overall impression.

Honestly, I'm so disappointed. We paid so much, we weren't expecting this kind of service. Over €600 for 4 nights, they sold us a dream: indoor heated pool, parking, etc. But when we arrived, they asked us to pay €20 per day for parking, so €100 for 5 days?! Then there was €19 per person for pool access. So, false advertising! Extra charges for any access. In the end, it was €600 for a room that wasn't even 15 square meters, and the room wasn't even cleaned every day. Then they asked for a €50 deposit per night, so for 4 nights: €200!!! And it's not a credit card authorization, it's a charge that's refunded at the end of the stay. So, if you're coming with a specific budget, you have to factor it in. Plus, it's not over yet, otherwise, it wouldn't be funny: the tourist taxes are outrageous!!! 57 euros for 4 nights, I've never seen that in my life. Everywhere I've travelled we pay no more than 15 euros in tourist tax and I'm being generous.
