Rooms in the east wing are great, spacious and clean, but unfortunately that’s not enough compared to how much this room costs- We were put in the room right on the pool which was nice but the water fountain was very very loud so sitting outside was uncomfortable (we also heard it inside the room). The service wasn’t good- the lock of the door in the room didn’t work and the toilet didn’t flush well - we had to ask 4 times for them to come and fix it and they never did so we gave up, also when they cleaned the room they forgot to put towels (any kind, not even hand towels) so we had to ask them (again) 3 times to come bring us. The level of service from the staff did not meet expectations at all. Far from center, 10-15 minutes by toktok. There’s no WiFi in the room. Overall quite disappointing.

We stayed in the most luxurious room with a swim-up pool. It was beautiful and clean! The service was poor. Every day, half of the towels were forgotten when they were making up the room. We had to go to the front desk three times a day for towels. They started in the morning, and when we left early in the evening, they finally arrived after a third visit to the front desk. The front desk was very unfriendly and unhelpful. We wanted to pay for everything we had put in our room the night before we left. The next day, despite us saying everything had been settled, they suddenly conjured up 450 PHP from somewhere. We were leaving the Philippines, so we had paid all our cash at the front desk the night before. The front desk gave us a hard time because we were only allowed to withdraw money above 500 PHP. She was then surprised that we said we would only be withdrawing money from the card and reminded her of the night before. Breakfast in the restaurant was good, dinner was very mediocre; the dishes didn't even resemble what they were supposed to be.

The pool bar didn't have several items listed on the menu. They kept sending us to the main restaurant, saying they had them there, but they didn't either. We also left two items of clothing on the balcony, and some friends went looking for them the next day and said they couldn't find them, even though they were right there. Very poorly managed.
