We are currently staying at this hotel, March 7, 2026. We've only been here a day and already have several complaints. 1- At breakfast, I found a hair in my food. I told the waiter, and while standing behind him, the waiter asked him to tell me about it, but the manager simply sent word to the waiter to apologize. The manager, who should be taking responsibility, didn't even make that effort. The food selection was limited, and only a few items were good. 2- The towel attendant was absent both times we went yesterday and today. We had to wait for him to stop gossiping with other staff members. He was friendly, but he was absent. 3- There are very few plastic lounge chairs at the beach end, no more than seven. Besides being hard and uncomfortable, they are also broken. 4- The wading pool looks like it has dirty or murky water, but it's just the type of flooring that's very brown, unlike the pools next door. Few staff members were very friendly, but they gave far more preference to Americans than to locals, which we didn't appreciate. The price was high for the experience we'd only had for two days; I wouldn't recommend it.

Excellent location, a long-established hotel in the heart of the Golden Zone. Good service, the rooms could use some modernization and maintenance, but it's worth the price. I highly recommend it.

I'd never stayed here before, although I'd seen it in passing...clean rooms, they provide everything you need...if you need anything you ask and they take care of your request...we stayed 4 days - there were other people but it wasn't as if it were full...it seems to be a hotel with a lot of capacity...
