The location is good. Normally, my girlfriend and I vacationed at the Royal Asarlık Beach right next door this year and were very satisfied, 100/100. However, since we were going as a family, I couldn't find availability for later dates, so we chose this place six months ago because of The Luvi nearby. The reviews were terrible, so we went with some apprehension, but what was written in the reviews was really true. I think you should pay attention to the reviews. We vacationed for 5 days and 4 nights, but everything in the rooms was broken, dirty, and filthy. The kitchen was dirty, and we ate with disgust and nausea. We regretted it very much. Only the sea was nice. The pool was dirty, the kitchen was dirty, and we ate the same breakfast and the same meal for 5 days; it was terrible. When we took a shower in the room, it flooded. We told the staff, but they didn't fix it, so we continued showering like that. They kept saying they would fix it, but they never did. Our complaints started from the first day. We were going to go to a different hotel, but they didn't even give us a refund. I think you can pay 5 or 10 more and vacation somewhere much nicer. There's Royal Asarlık Beach next door, 10/10, much better, the price difference isn't that big, keep that in mind.

This is a suitable facility for relaxing and having a good time. The cleanliness and service were excellent. The variety of food was decent, but the main courses could be of higher quality. The facility manager, Ms. Didem, the personnel manager, Mr. Deniz, and the chef, Ms. Serpil, are doing their best. Muhammet, one of the staff members, is very helpful. Gaffur and especially Ibrahim at the bar are very attentive and do their best. The cocktails and service were very good. Kudos to everyone involved. Being right on the beach and close to Bodrum makes the holiday even better in many ways. I recommend it.

The rooms and bathroom were filthy and seemed like they weren't cleaned. In the mornings, you could hear the cleaners talking loudly. There was no entertainment. The food was terrible, and we got sick from it. After that, we only ate outside the hotel. The food selection was also very limited. The bathroom was covered in limescale and needed updating.
