Above and beyond on customer satisfaction and service. The accommodations are why we will be back for another visit. The water park was amazing and safe for my toddler. The hotel is 5 stars all the way around 100%. Appleton, Wisconsin, and we will be traveling here on a regular basis because the hotels in Appleton do not accommodate like here at country inn suites in little chute

My family booked 3 rooms for a number of days over Christmas and everything went smoothly. The total cost for what we got was overall a great deal and we’ve discussed staying here again when we visit the area. Highlights: POOL: The pool area is great for smaller kids. It’s not a full-on water park, but if you’re staying and have other activities to do and the pool is just an add-on activity to fill the kids’ time, then they will have a total blast. (And the rooms are half the cost as the rooms at a “water park” hotel). ROOM: Our room was fully updated with two beds. The bedding did not have any evidence of stains and the beds were clean and reasonably comfortable. The light switches and plugs (usb-a) were convenient right by the bed. There was a newish mini fridge that worked well and a small microwave. There was also a single cup coffee maker with packets to make regular or decaf. The furniture and decor appeared to have been redone recently. A family member had a suite that had a sitting area which had a small love seat as well as a variety of chairs/stools/benches and it worked extremely well for us. It was VERY cozy, but I really appreciated that there were so many different & flexibility seating options. We had a great time. BATHROOM: The bathroom was large and clean and had the standard soaps. Towels were all clean and the shower had a grab bar. No evidence of mold. Tub drained fine but I had to figure out how to twist the stopper. The bath gel/shampoo, and conditioner seemed good quality and worked well with my hair. The mirror had kind of a cool high tech thing where you could touch it and it would light around the edges of the mirror for good lighting while you’re getting ready. OVERALL: I did not have the breakfast but I did note that there is coffee available throughout the day with different creamer, which was good. There is a vending machine with decent options. Libby was cute and clean. We did not experience any issues with our key card or checking in or out. ***BONUS: There is a washer and dryer available for customers to use who are staying in the hotel. It was surprisingly efficient and affordable! The dryer really dried well 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
